The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).
If you complete the registration form, your name, e-mail address and place of residence will be stored by us for 30 months for the purpose of processing the registration, participation in the tournament and in the event of follow-up questions, and the telephone number for 6 months.
The payment data that we receive upon receipt of the entry fee will be processed for the statutory retention period of 7 years.
We do not pass on any of this data to third parties without your consent.
The team name, the name of the team manager, the place of residence and the match results will be published on the homepage for a maximum period of 12 months.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
The data you provide is required for the fulfillment of the contract and participation in the tournament. Without this data, we cannot allow you to register or participate in the tournament.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser and do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. Your rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection to the data processed by us.
